I wish it wasn’t so hard
To feed you my love
On Saturday 28th January, we had a live event at Kala Sangam Arts Centre, Bradford with mothers who had taken part in the recent Storytelling workshops with Rachel New. For those who had heard the recent BBC Radio Leeds piece, there were some familiar voices with moving stories of epic struggles, tears and triumphs, all wrought from three short workshops over the past month.

Working closely with mothers in Bradford, Rachel helps to bring out the inner writer. This theraputic process has helped so many mothers in the Holding Time Project process their birth and breastfeeding traumas. Wonderful work by a very valued Holding Time Partner!!
