Holding Time Project are working with Wolverhampton City Council and Family Hubs along with the maternity and health visiting service to deliver an innovative campaign which aims to empower families to comfortably breastfeed in public spaces. The city want to promote and normalise breastfeeding – and through this campaign we will share clear and easy ways for friends/family members, workforce/communities to show their support to breastfeeding families.
We would love to hear from, and connect with local women/birthing partners who have experience of breastfeeding or are on their infant feeding journey.
We will work with participating mothers to develop campaign materials, visuals and messages promoting breastfeeding. You are welcome to participate as much or as little as you like. Taking part may involve:
- Sharing your breastfeeding experiences
- Being part of videos/audios
- Being invited to a portrait session/s
The resources created will be used in a publicity campaign promoting better understanding of breastfeeding across the city. If you could like to know more about being involved, please visit our FAQ section or contact us with any questions.
