Zoe discusses her varied breastfeeding experiences with her three children, highlighting the challenges and personal growth she underwent. With her first child, Reuben, she struggled with latch issues, weight concerns, and external pressures to supplement with formula. This led to a cycle of breastfeeding, pumping, and eventually dealing with thrush, which she found overwhelming. Despite these struggles, Reuben breastfed until about 14 months, though Zoe later felt guilty for stopping based on external opinions rather than her own judgment.
