Halton Borough Council announces the launch of The Holding Time Project across Halton Family Hubs and Norton Priory. Breastfeeding portraits were displayed in Runcorn and Widnes, while an outdoor audio tour shared mothers’ stories in Norton Priory’s walled garden. Developed through creative writing workshops with local mothers, the project combines photography, poetry and lived experience to encourage open conversations about breastfeeding and maternal wellbeing.
